There are some places in Lost Ark where you can overlook towns and areas. These are called Vista locations, and they fill up different parts of the Adventurer's Tome. Here are the entries for North Vern.
Where to find all Vista locations in North Vern in Lost Ark
Each Vista Location must be investigated, which cannot be done while the character is under attack. You can ignore most monsters on the way here, but if you're close by, we recommend killing any monsters you come across.
Balankar Mountains - Necromancers Sanctum Vista Location
To get to this Vista location, go to the north-most point of the center of the map. This will be north of Starkeeper's Hour but south of Necromancer's Sanctum. The Vista Location is at the cliff's edge that overlooks the canyon below. Be sure to kill all of the monsters nearby because some spawn particularly close.
Balankar Mountains - Tyron Fortress Vista Location
To get to this Vista location, go to the west side of the map, next to Tyron Fortress. This will be west of Necromancer's Sanctum but northwest of Starkeeper's Hour. You'll find the Vista Location in the corner of the tower in the spot marked above.
Keep in mind that this area is filled with monsters. If you kill them before you investigate the location, they shouldn't get in the way.

Fesnar Highland - Ancient Statue Vista location
Go to the bridge next to the Tomb of Swords on the western side of the map. This will be north of Barrier Trial and east of Tomb of Swords. You'll need to go to the center of the bridge, which is littered with enemies, but none spawn close to the Vista Location. When you find it, kill any monsters that have followed you here. Even though the Vista Location is called Ancient Statue, the Vista Location itself is in some grass near the cliff.
Fesnar Highland - Highland Valley Vista location
Go to the interconnecting bridges south of Barrier Trail. You should start by going to the Barrier Trail waypoint and heading west, then heading south when you can't go any further west. You'll cross two bridges, but stop and look around as soon as you finish crossing the second bridge. Just north of Spirit of Ruins will be a cliff edge with a tree and a fence. Look for that in the spot marked above and inspect the right side of the fence.
Parna Forest - Parna Tree Vista location
Go to the center of a map via the waypoint in Vine Grove. They may not be connected by land, but you can jump over some cliff edges to make it to the spot marked above. It will be west of Deep Forest and east of Pirene River. Go to the edge of the map to find this Vista Location. This is directly next to some monsters, so be ready to fight before investigating this spot.
Port Krona - Port Vista location
This is the most out-of-the-way Vista Location in North Vern. You need to head to Ruined Port from the port that goes to the open Seas. Start at the waypoint and keep running until you reach the spot marked above. Stay on the north side of the bridge until you reach this Vista location. Nothing will slow you down since there are no monsters nearby.
Rania Village - Alley Vista location
This Vista Location is in an out-of-the-way spot next to the road that leads to all of the other areas. This area is a miniature garden, like the one in Village Plaza. To get here, head south from Village Plaza, but keep close enough to the castle edge to find this little area. You're looking for flower bushes next to some trees. The Vista Location is in between the two in the spot marked above.
Rania Village - Living Quarters Vista location
If you head south from Village Plaza on the road to the other areas, you can find this location. Keep walking on the east side of the bridge and head to Port Krona. The Vista Location will be next to a red flag on the bridge's eastern edge.
Vernese Forest - Ranger Headquarters Vista location
This Vista Location is just a tiny bit south of Balanker Ranger Headquarters. This will overlook the headquarters itself, making it a good choice for a Vista Location. If you've already unlocked the Triport, just start at the one close by. The spot marked above is a circular platform. Go to the southern end of the platform, near the broken wooden pieces, to find this Vista Location.
Vernese Forest - Vernese Road Vista location
This Vista Location is one of the easier ones to get to, but we don't recommend starting inside of Vernese Forest. Vernese Forest is a maze, and some areas are more trouble to get to if you start inside this area. Go to Vernese Forest from Rania Village and then head north. There are a ton of monsters nearby, but if you kill them as you get close, this shouldn't be an issue. The Vista Location is next to a boulder on the spot marked above.
Once you have completed all of the Vista Locations, it should show in your Adventurer's Tome. Each Vista Location will be highlighted and checked off. If any show up darker than the others, it means you haven't investigated them. You can determine which ones you haven't investigated by using the names above.
