There are several different places where you can find Caldarr Fusion material but the easiest way to get it is through crafting. You will first need to upgrade your Fortress so that you can get the Niv Complete Crafting Workshop Lv. 2 from the Lab. Once you've done that, you will need to make sure that you have reached Item Level 802. You'll then have access to the Crafting Method: Caldarr Fusion Material.
