Lost Ark Western Anniversary: New events, continent, class, and more

Lost Ark's February Anniversary Celebration officially kicks off on February 8 and will bring many incredible additions to the game. This update will run alongside the Lost Ark x Witcher event that is going on until February 22. The biggest of these additions is the new continent of Rowen. Rowen is located west of Shushire and is filled with a precious jewel known as Sylmail, with two factions competing for them: Preigelli and Liebertane.

Preigelli was formed to create structure within Rowen with the help of machinery, while the other faction, Liebertane, was formed to free themselves from the shackles of rules and regulations. Once players have completed Rowen's world quest, they can choose one of the aforementioned factions to compete in open-world PvP.

How do you begin Rowen world quest?

To begin the world quest in Rowen, players will need to have a minimum item level of 1445. After completing the world quest Cataclysmic Eliyabeck, you can choose one of the two factions and enter a PvP mode. The factions are divided into 15 ranks that players can earn by earning Faction XP through completing various quests.

When does the artist class release?

Players can also look forward to the Artist, Lost Ark's first Specialist Advanced Class, arriving a month earlier than anticipated in March. More specifics on what this class does will arrive sometime before its official release sometime. Until then, players can expect to receive a Powerpass and progression event to help new Artist mains when it does release. The class will also be available in April for both the Brelshaza Hard Legion Raid and the Hanumatan Guardian Raid.

Players can also look forward to the Tulubik Battlefield releases sometime in March, furthering the PvP war between Preigelli and Liebertane. During this time, new rewards and events like Twitch drops will also be available to earn.
