The Keeper Lives On Another Story in Lost Ark is in the Anikka Continent. You will have to finish the Chores Galore and Food From Faraway quests to find this quest.
Where is The Keeper Lives On Another Story?
Once you've completed the prerequisites, you'll need to locate Yulah. You will find Yulah in the Prisma Valley area, and she will assign the quest to the player. She is south of Grand Pavillion but north of Deity Shrine.

As soon as you speak with her, you need to go to the Wei Residence in the northeast. Instead of entering the actual residence, a quest portal is nearby. This is a dungeon that will take around 10 minutes to complete. In the end, you'll receive 24k XP, 1680 Roster XP, 2 Epic Battle Item Selection Chests, and 3950 Silver.
The quest is relatively easy if you have already completed the main quest in Anikka, and it rewards some good Roster XP.
