Best Personalities to pick in Miitopia

We all have our quirks, and so do Miis.

A Mii’s personality affects two crucial things: how they act during battle and how they act during certain events. There are seven personalities in Miitopia: Kind, Energetic, Laid-back, Cool, Airheaded, Stubborn, and Cautious. All of them have their positive and negative quirks, and some of them are better suited for certain jobs. Personalities can be swapped anytime.

That said, below are the best personalities in Miitopia.

1. Cool

The Cool personality goes well with any job, though they’re better on Miis that deal good damage on their normal attacks, such as Tanks and Vampires. This is because one of their positive quirk is Pressure Point, which deals critical damage on a normal attack. They can also sometimes ignore status effects and dodge attacks.

However, these Miis are also too Cool to cover for an ally sometimes (but it doesn’t cause quarrels, so it’s alright). They also give up after one digging attempt. Cool Miis shouldn’t be taken to the Library since they don’t like reading with other Miis.

2. Laid-back

Laid-back Miis are so chill that they completely ignore any status effects. They will also get these random moments of focus that will double the effect of any skill they use. The Laid-back personality also occasionally slacks off, cutting the MP needed to use a skill in half. They’re best assigned to damage dealers and healers like Mages and Elves.

However, they have a ton of negative quirks that can build Resentment over time, such as stealing an ally’s item or making an ally take damage meant for them. Much like Cool Miis, they will give up after one digging attempt.

3. Stubborn

Stubborn Miis will sometimes brace themselves for impact, taking only half the damage they’re supposed to. They’re also so Stubborn that they’ll attack a second time on occasion. Plus, they will keep digging during buried treasure events until they strike gold, though it depletes their HP on every attempt.

However, they will reject help from an ally (such as heals and buffs) often, breeding a lot of Resentment. Jobs that have high HP/DEF and relatively high ATK, like Warriors, are better off Stubborn. Tanky healers like the Chef may also benefit from being Stubborn since healing allies raises the love meter anyway.
