A little ways north from Letum's Pick lies this monster den, and in the area around it is a good place to farm Iron Ore as shown by the image below.

Lodestone Lair

Moving up north, you can a ton of iron ore in the area near Lodestone Lair in Monarch's Buff.

Highpass Cavern

Down south in Cutlass Keys, you can find a ton of iron in the area near Highpass Cavern, see the image below to know where to look.

West from Highpass, you can also find a ton of iron over near Snaggletooth Burrow, see the image below to know where to look.

Mines de Miclot and Adamant Mine

Back over in Monarch's Buff, you can find a ton of iron around both Mines De Miclot and Adamant Mine, see the image below to know where to look.

Outlook Mill

The Outlook Mill over in Weaver's Fen is a awesome spot to farm some iron if you are in need of it, see the image below to know where to look.
