Stone Blocks are an essential crafting component in New World. They allow for the upgrading of settlements via Town Projects, which is one of the best ways of raising your territory standing.
Luckily it’s pretty easy to make stone blocks in New World. First, find your way to a Stonecutting Table. Search for the Stone Block recipe, and craft as many as you can. You will pay a small amount of tax for using Stonecutting tables in settlements.

If you’re struggling to find a Stonecutting table, you’ll need to use your map. The icon for the Stonecutting table is a hammer and chisel. Almost every settlement will have one, so just keep looking if you can’t find one!
The other thing you’ll need for Stone Blocks is stone (unsurprisingly). Stone is available by mining rocks and deposits out in the wilds. Just head up to a rock, press the E button, and you can gather some stone. A stone block requires a total of four stones, so make sure you have enough before venturing back to the settlement.
Once you have your Stone Blocks, head to the Town Project Board and turn in your items. Then, you should be well on your way to upgrading the settlement to the next level!
