How to get a Thunderstorm in Pokémon Legends: Arceus

Weather conditions play a role in many aspects of Pokémon Legends: Arceus. Some Pokémon will require certain weather conditions to evolve or to even spawn into the world. Players can easily change the weather condition by visiting the area's base camp and sleeping in the tent. Each time players sleep, the weather condition has a chance to change.

If players have a specific weather condition they are trying to get (rainstorm, thunderstorm, ETC.), they should continue sleeping at the base camp until that weather condition takes place. Thunderstorms are not very common, but it shouldn't take players long to find one using this method.

Thunderstorms are different than rainstorms in Pokémon Legends: Arceus, so players should be sure they have the correct weather condition before leaving the base camp. In a thunderstorm, players will see wind and rain moving across the screen and will occasionally hear thunder striking in the distance.

Players will also choose the time of day that they would like to wake up to. This is helpful for players who are hunting for Pokémon that are more prevalent at night, like Ghost-type Pokémon.
