What's the Best Shiny hunting method in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet?

Two combinations of methods increase your odds of finding a Shiny Pokémon from one in 4096 to eight in 4096. First, you could breed Pokémon using the Masuda Method after obtaining the Shiny Charm. The Masuda method involves breeding Pokémon originally encountered in different real-life regions. The Shiny Charm is a reward you obtain for completing Pokémon Scarlet & Violet's Pokédex. To make this method easier, we recommend using the trade code 4448 to trade for a Ditto from a different region. Ditto can breed with almost any other Pokémon.

The other combination of methods you could use is eating a sandwich with Sparkling Meal Power level three, then fighting or catching Pokémon in a Mass Outbreak. To create this sandwich, you'll need to add Bitter Herba Mystica and Spicy Herba Mystica to the sandwich you create. Herba Mystica is rare rewards gained by defeating Tera Raid battles at a five-star level or higher. When catching or fighting Pokémon in Mass Outbreaks, your chances of finding a Shiny Pokémon improves after 30, and 60 Pokémon are captured or defeated.
