There are many challenges to overcome in Rogue Legacy 2. This includes not only traps, puzzles, and enemies, but also bosses. The first area, Kerguelen Plateau, is controlled by Estuary Naamah. We have compiled a guide to defeating Estuary Naamah, which you can find below.
How to defeat Estuary Naamah in Rogue Legacy 2
Estuary Naamah is more infuriating than she is hard. Most of the trouble comes from worrying about her attacks while Spin Kicking the Blossoms she summons. Here are all of Estuary Naamah's moves in Rogue Legacy 2.
All Estuary Naamah Moves
- Charge: Estuary Naamah charges the player. When she comes to a stop, she fires eight fireballs.
- You can easily dodge her and the fireballs by jumping and dashing.
- Blossom Wall: Creates a wall of Blossoms that approach from the right or left.
- Spin kick a hole in the Blossom wall, then jump through it.
- Homing Blossoms: Create two Blossoms that seek the player.
- Spin Kick the Blossoms to destroy them.
- Wall of Fireballs: Estuary Naameh will create a wall of fireballs that come from a horizontal or vertical direction.
- You can easily step or jump between the incoming fireballs.
When you get Estuary Naamah to half health, she will spawn three Nightmares on the sides and center of the stage. You must deactivate these with RB or R; otherwise, they will attack you when you perform an attack in their radius.

Tips and Tricks for Estuary Naamah
Make sure to get the Matters in Red Insight quest for extra damage against this boss. Remember when fighting Estuary Naamah to keep moving and try to stay on the center platform. Utilize the Spin Kick platforms on the right and left for more mobility and height. Try to make a hole in the Blossom Wall or destroy the Homing Blossoms as soon as possible when they appear.
We recommend a class with good mobility and attack speed, such as the Duelist or Assassin. Their abilities also let them avoid harm when in a tight spot. When she spawns the Nightmares, keep all three deactivated as often as possible. Other than that, if you keep your cool and stay on the move, you should be able to defeat Estuary Naamah easily.
