Teamfight Tactics (TFT) Items Cheat Sheet List (10.2 Patch)

We're taking a look at all of the items in Teamfight Tactics, and all of the combinations they can make when put together!

Our Teamfight Tactics Items & Combinations Cheat Sheet List features a full look at all of the items and combinations you can create in TFT! Items are a big part of the game, so knowing exactly which ones you are looking for by icon will really help you know which you should be looking for during carousel rounds.

How-to Get Items in Teamfight Tactics

Items drop randomly when you fight against other player's teams and when you fight creeps! One of the main ways you can get items is during the carousel rounds. The carousel is a unique feature of Teamfight Tactics, every player jumps in a portal and they are thrown into a room together. Random heroes are walking around in a circle, some of them will have items attached to them. Each player gets a chance to choose a particular hero, and the order is determined by health total (lowest health goes first, it's a catch-up mechanic). Most of the time, you'll be more focused on the items then the actual heroes, because items are so important in this game.

Another feature of Teamfight Tactics is that you can't move items. You can only get items off of heroes by selling them. That means you'll need to be particularly careful with how you place items on your units. If you want to potentially stack items on a late game hero, you'll need to place items on units that you plan to sell in the late game.

  1. Hello everbody,

first thank you for dat awesome website – it helps a lot.

second i have a question: The quicksilver item blocks cc: even the cc from the glacial buff?

Would be a plessure if someone can answer 🙂

  2. Evident sir, pease adjust the item cheat sheet. Infinity Edge still shows as %200 crit damage instead of %150 crit damage and %20 crit chance. Thanks in advance.

  3. Hey as a heads up the ultimate cheat sheet champ drops rates by level isn’t updated for 9.18.
    Level 3 by Tier: 65%/ 30%/ 5%/ 0%/ 0% ⇒
    70%/ 25%/ 5%/ 0%/ 0%
    Level 5 by Tier: 37%/ 35%/ 25%/ 3%/ 0% ⇒
    35%/ 35%/ 25%/ 5%/ 0%
    Level 6 by Tier: 24.5%/ 35%/ 30%/ 10%/ 0.5% ⇒
    25%/ 35%/ 30%/ 10%/ 0%
    Level 9 by Tier: 10%/ 15%/ 35%/ 30%/ 10% ⇒
    10%/ 15%/ 33%/ 30%/ 12%

  4. Hello sir! Thank you SOO much for all the helpful information. It is so very appreciated you don’t even know! 🙂 Just a quick note. On the item cheat sheet it seems that the spatula has been moved to one from the end and the tear is now in the last slot. Since the spatula is much more rarely used it would be awesome if it was actually moved back to the bottom/last row of the grid. I believe the first version of the grid was like this. Anyways no big deal, I just thought I would mention it. Thank you again for all the help. Have a good one.

    1. Hey, glad this has been useful! You might be thinking of another cheat sheet, the Spatula has been in the same spot as it always has been!

    1. Are you talking about the big rock golem? If so, that’s part of the Elementalists class/origin, if you have three of them on the board it gets summoned.

  5. This is perfect! Thank you for sharing this and I hope this can be updated for future patches.
Or, if you have a PSD file to share I’d be happy to update this as well.

P.S. I did a quick rearrange the image for horizontal screen viewing

    1. That’s in the PBE and it isn’t in the live version of the game yet. They test various things there, they don’t all make the cut.

  6. Thank you for this. I’ve been using the cheat sheet since I started playing the game, it has made everything easier, especially when we couldn’t mouse over an item over another to see what it would create. A few corrections to be made in the image:
Thorn mail has incorrect text. 100% mitigated damage is what should read
Frozen heart is heavily bugged, it only works, at present time, on our own “Island” and never works on others
Warmogs is %missing health and not max, as indicated in patch notes
Redemption still seems bugged and healing for full health, unlike specified in patch notes.
Runaans doesn’t attack different enemies anymore, according to patch notes. Haven’t tested this, though.
Maybe make it clearer that rapid-fire cannon cannot be missed either. Relevant for yordles. Different names, same mechanic as shen, for example.
Could add clarity to the pirate synergy. It’s been specified in patch notes how much gold it drops on average – 1,6 or 1,9. Don’t remember exactly.
    A little typo under exile
“all imperials” instead of just “imperial”
The guardian armor buff stacks infinitely
Gunslingers attack 1 or 3 other targets, not 1 or 2

    1. Glad this has been helpful, I made some of the changes, but I do have some questions.

      1. Runaans wasn’t changed in the 9.14b patch, and it is supposed to hit an additional enemy.
      2. Rapidfire Cannon says “Cannot be dodged” so I’m not sure if that can be made clearer (are you viewing an older version of the image?).
      3. I can find nothing that confirms Gunslingers attack 1 or 3 and everything says 1 or 2. It’s in the 9.14 patch: “Extra Units Hit: 1/all ⇒ 1/2”

        1. I’m honestly not sure which is right, it’s the same with Red Buff (has different text than the patch notes indicated).

        2. It’s definitely missing health and not max health. You barely get any healing close to full health and it gradually increases. Easy to confirm ingame/in footage.

  7. Please update the champs in order of cost, not alphabetically!! Really helps when you’re searching for a unit you’re missing.

  8. Can you put in the percentage chances for Hush, Cursed Blade and Sword Breaker? I just think it would be more helpful than ‘a high chance’ etc.

        1. Thanks, should be fixed now. Looks like there was a lot of changes that didn’t get added to the patch notes for some reason.
