Are there multiplayer Trophies/Achievements for Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands?

A few easy workarounds.

Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands is out for all platforms. Those interested in tracking down Trophies and Achievements in search of 100% completion often ask whether or not a game requires multiplayer to complete, especially a game centered around cooperative play like the Borderlands franchise.

    • Revive a partner
  2. Take This
    • Trade with another player

Thankfully, these trophies/achievements are relatively easy to unlock even if you don’t have a friend to help you complete these trophies, and there are several easy workarounds in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands.

How to unlock Multiplayer Trophies/Achievements alone

Use a second controller

If you’ve got a second controller handy, you can connect it and register this device as a second player. Log the controller in under another profile. Head to the main menu and select Add Splitscreen to pursue this avenue. Once you’re in the game, trade with the absent player by approaching them and holding Square on PlayStation controllers or X on Xbox controllers. You'll press the same button near them in combat to revive a fallen comrade.

Use matchmaking

Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands features matchmaking for both the main story and endgame content, meaning users can connect with other players aiming to party up for the game’s multiple modes of play. The Borderlands franchise has a solid and dedicated fanbase, so it shouldn’t be hard to find others willing to play a few rounds. To open up the matchmaking menu, pause the game and select Social from the pause menu. Scroll over to the Matchmaking tab to start searching for cooperative players. Adjust your region accordingly. You can see your matchmaking region at the bottom of the menu. Once you're in a game with other players, you're free to trade with them and revive them when they go down to unlock these trophies.
