How to get the Corufell in Warframe

A scythe that turns into a freaking shotgun

At this point in the game's life, Warframe is well known for its extensive and unique arsenal of weapons to play around with. The Corufell, Citrine's signature melee weapon, is no exception. This incredible heavy scythe can turn into an energy shotgun with the click of a heavy attack, adding yet another unique weapon to the field. Having tried out the Corufell ourselves, we can say it certainly packs a punch. If you're interested in getting your hands on this crazy weapon, keep on reading, Tenno.

Much like Citrine herself, the Courfell can be obtained in two different ways. The first way, through normal gameplay, is to run the brand-new Mirror Defense mission located on Tyana Pass, Mars. The weapon's blueprint has a very low chance to drop during the rotations there, so expect to be farming Mirror Defense for quite some time if you're looking to get your hands on the Corufell soon. The drop rates and locations are the following:

  • Blueprint - Mirror Defense, Rotation A, 10% chance
  • Component(s) - Mirror Defense, Rotation C, 6% chance

The other, easier, and more efficient way to get your hands on the Corufell is to buy it directly from the in-game store using Platinum. Platinum can be obtained by purchasing with real money or trading rare mods, items, and components to other players for the resource. If you're looking to get your hands on his weapon today, this is by far your best bet. Platinum is not difficult to come by if you're playing the game actively, fortunately.
