To dig in Weird West, you must have a shovel in your inventory. While you have a shovel, you can find graves and secret caches in the world. This lets you dig them up and get loot. You can also find secret treasure, Nimp Relics, Golden Aces of Spades, ammo, and more. Shovels do deteriorate over time, so keep an extra handy.

What can you dig with a shovel in Weird West

The shovel isn't just used for digging up graves and secret caches. You can also bury the bodies of enemies you have killed. This is a great way to hide bodies, as an enemy will not become alert if they stumble across a grave.

If you forget to loot any bodies while clearing an area, some of these may be returned to the graveyard in Grackle, allowing you to get anything that you missed. So, check the graveyard often!
