Where to find Serpent Flotation Cutis in Wild Hearts
To collect Serpent Flotation Cutis, you must defeat Whipthrash Serpent kemono. These creatures can be found in Natsukodachi Isle, to the east of the Coral Salt Swamp. They frequently float over the water, near the fields of blue flowers in the Coral Salt Swamp. In order to gather the Serpent Flotation Cutis, you cannot pet the Whipthrash Serpents, as this drops the Serpent Beard material. The only way to collect Serpent Flotation Cutis is to kill a Whipthrash Serpent.
If defeating Whipthrash Serpents does not drop Serpent Flotation Cutis, try opening the Map menu. Next, change the Chapter option on the Main Map to Chapter Three. When your map is set to Chapter Two, these kemono will drop the Serpent Slough material, but when your map is set to Chapter Three, they will drop Serpent Flotation Cutis.
