Solutions to Lost Ark Server Authentication Failed 10010 Error

The first fix we recommend trying for Lost Ark's 10010 Error is to restart your game, followed by restarting your PC. If restarting your PC and game doesn't work, try verifying the integrity of Lost Ark's game files. You can verify the integrity of Lost Ark's files by right-clicking on the game inside your Steam library list.

After right-clicking the game, a small tab with a list of options will appear. Inside this tab, you must click the last option, called Properties. Doing so will make another window appear with more options. In this new window, find the Local Files tab and click the Verify the Integrity of Game Files option.

Clicking the option will cause the Steam app to check and see if you are missing any essential files and download them. Wait for Steam to finish checking and let the app download any files if it finds them. After verifying your Lost Ark game files, try relaunching the game and see if you can load into a server. If you still can't load into a Lost Ark server, you must try running Steam or Lost Ark as Administrator or disable Internet Protocol Version 6

You can run Steam or Lost Ark as Administrator by searching for either app inside the Windows search bar at the bottom left of your screen. When one of the apps appears under the Windows search results, right-click it and choose Run as Administrator from the list of options.

How to disable Internet Protocol Version 6

If you want to disable Internet Protocol Version 6 to try and fix Lost Ark, you must start by opening Network Status in Windows settings. After opening Network Status, select the Change Adapter setting, right-click, and select Properties on the current Network you are using (ethernet or WiFi). Selecting Properties on your Network will make a small window tab appear. Inside this window, you can find and uncheck Internet Protocol Version 6 to disable it.
