As you're playing Wild Hearts, you may find that you're in need of Zephyr Crystals in order to continue upgrading your Dragon Pits. After all, you'll need them to increase your Dragon Karakuri building capacity. Luckily, getting ahold of these crystals isn't super difficult. Here's how to get Zephyr Crystals in Wild Hearts.
Where to get Zephyr Crystals in Wild Hearts
In order to get your hands on Zephyr Crystals, you'll need to hunt normal-level Lavabacks in Akikure Canyon and/or Natsukodachi Isle during Chapter One or Two. These are the only type of Lavabacks in the game that drop this specific crystal. There are other variants of the crystal in later portions of the game, but Zephyr Crystals come specifically from the prior mentioned ones.
One thing you should note is that a Zephyr Crystal is a guaranteed quest reward for a successful Lavaback hunt. So, if you're looking to farm them, don't just hunt them in the wild. Accept the quest, and slay a Lavaback to ensure you get exactly what you need. When you select the quest, you should see Zephyr Crystal as one of the completion rewards. This is how you know you're in the right place.
