Apex Legends Season 15 includes a few changes to weapon loot including a new crafting rotation and some changes to hop-ups. Although there is no new weapon in Season 15, several weapons have significant changes that may switch up the weapon meta.
Weapon Crafting Changes in Apex Legends Season 15
Season 15 features an interesting switch-up for crafting weapons and a few changes to those weapons. Here are the changes to Replicator weapons in Season 15:
- Spitfire going to Crafter
- Peacekeeper going to Crafter
- Havoc returns to Ground Loot
- P2020 returns to Ground Loot

The Spitfire and Peacekeeper moving to the Crafter will make for some very fast-paced early combat if players can grab them. Both weapons seem like an upgrade from last season's crafting rotation. Purchasing a shotgun early in the game can be extremely helpful with early gunfights.
Supply Crate Weapons in Apex Legends Season 15
The Mastiff will be replaced with the RE-45 in Supply Crates. The Mastiff will be tweaked going to floor loot. Here are the Mastiff changes in Season 15:
- Ammo capacity increased from 4 to 5
- Widened blast pattern
- Damage per pellet reduced from 14 to 11
- Projectile growth reduced
- Reload can now be canceled with ADS
The RE-45 will receive a significant buff as a Supply Crate weapon and will include the Disruptor Rounds.
- Damage increased from 12 to 14
- Disruptor Rounds increase damage against shields by 30%
The supply crate and crafting station weapon changes should provide fresh gameplay with various weapons, but it will be interesting to see how early game crafting turns out. The RE-45 in the supply crate may seem a little underpowered, but it can be devastating to shields very quickly.
