How to fix Coral Island crashing on Xbox

Crashing is one of the most frustrating problems to run into when playing a game. Not only does it prevent you from enjoying the game to its full potential, but it occasionally makes you lose your hard-earned progress. There are a few fixes you can use to prevent repeated crashes, all of which you can find below:

  • Check for an update - Sometimes all you need to fix these troublesome bugs is an update. Check your Xbox for any Coral Island updates that could patch things up and help the game run more smoothly.
  • Restart your Xbox - Rebooting your system is never a bad idea when you run into a problem like this. It could cool off your device and allow it to complete any updates it may need to run more effectively.
  • Uninstall and re-install the game - Your game files may be corrupted or have a bug hindering them from running correctly. You can always try to uninstall and re-install Coral Island to see if the bugs stop. You shouldn't lose any saved game data.
  • Wait for the developers to fix it - Sometimes, all you can do is wait. If the developers are aware of the issue, they will probably work on a solution and roll it out as soon as possible. You can always stay up-to-date with maintenance news or contact them yourselves on their Discord, Stairway Games.
