One of Steam’s most wishlisted games returns in February

February may be a time of love and celebration, but this month also holds a more sinister event—the return of Dark and Darker. This hardcore multiplayer PvPvE dungeon crawler promise to be one of the most exciting titles of 2023, and fans are dying to get back in.

When is the next Dark and Darker playtest

The developer of Dark and Darker announced the next playtest for Dark and Darker will be on February 6, 2023, and will run through February 13, 2023, on Steam for the Steam Next Fest. In addition, Ironmace Games revealed that over one million testers participated in the previous playtest for Dark and Darker.

Command powerful magic as a mage, sneak through the shadows as a rogue, or fight with steel and guts as a fighter—how you play is entirely up to you. Dark and Darker's playtest is the perfect opportunity for players who participated in the previous alpha to get back into the dungeon-diving action and an excellent chance for newcomers to see what the hype is all about.

I cannot wait to get back into Dark and Darker, encounter tense PvP action, die horribly, and make unexpected alliances. Whether I played alone, with friends, escaped, or died, every moment of Dark and Darker had my heart racing, and I am thrilled for another chance to brave the deadly dungeons.
