Tallest Characters in Genshin Impact

Genshin Impact boasts of a huge roster of characters that keeps increasing as more updates come. Each character has different stats, skills, and Elemental traits. One particular trait that needs to be considered when choosing who to play, aside from these, is height.

Why character height matters in Genshin Impact

In Genshin Impact, a character’s height affects more than just his or her looks. It also greatly affects their ability to explore places. Taller characters climb faster, can swim farther, and are sometimes the only ones who can collect an Oculus.

Since the game uses a limited number of character models, some characters could be just as tall or short as others. Here’s a quick list of the tallest characters in Genshin Impact. Take note that these numbers are mostly based on estimates and players’ observations in the game. HoYoverse hasn't revealed official heights for all their characters.

Which Genshin Impact characters are the tallest?

Arataki Itto (191.9cm)

Despite being an intimidating character towering above others, Itto is a happy Oni with a sense of justice. He is the head of the Arataki Gang of Hanamizaka, but he loves to play with the children of Inazuma.

Tartaglia (187.0cm)

A brash character known as Childe, Tartaglia is the eleventh of the Eleven Harbingers of the Fatui. He is a native of Snezhnaya. And though he appears cheerful, he is considered dangerous and cunning.

Thoma (185.8cm)

Thoma is a housekeeper of the Kamisato Clan who meets the Traveler in Inazuma. Known as the Fixer, he is friendly and is the person people run to when they have problems. He is responsible and has a serious attitude that lets him work with certain characters properly, like Ayaka.

Zhongli (186.8cm)

Zhongli is a consultant for the Wangsheng Funeral Parlor who has a long history. He created the Mora long ago, but after choosing to live as a mortal he often forgets his wallet as he does know its value. He is unaware of the realities of living as a mortal.

Kaeya (186.0cm)

A charismatic leader and expert on the battlefield, Kaeya Alberich is the Cavalry Captain of the Knights of Favonius. He likes to put people in tight spots just so he could see how they will react. He is Diluc’s adoptive brother and is the trusted aide to Jean Gunnhildr.

Diluc (185.0cm)

A noble by birth, Diluc Ragnvindr used to be the Cavalry Captain of the Knights of Favonius until his father’s death. He owns the Dawn Winery and is both owner and bartender at the Angel’s Share tavern despite not liking wine. He protects Monstadt at night as the “Darknight Hero.”

Kamisato Ayato (182cm)

Despite being the head of the Kamisato Clan and the Yashiro Commissioner, Ayato rarely goes out in public. He is a humble character who is protective of his sister, Ayaka. He wields the Hydro element and is a powerful DPS character.

Kujou Sara (178.1 cm)

Currently the tallest female character in Genshin Impact, Sara is known for her speed and fighting skills with the sword and the bow. She is the General of the Tenryou Commission, and she bears the blood of Tengu. Her strength is proven by her victories in duels against Itto and Kazuha’s friend.

Rosaria (175.5 cm)

An unpredictable woman, Rosaria is a sister at the Church of Favonius in Monstadt. She dislikes church activities, often preferring to focus on eliminating threats to the city instead. She is often perceived as cold and harsh and is very good with knives.

Shenhe (175.3 cm)

Born from a family of Exorcists, Shenhe is a disciple of Cloud Retainer. She wields a polearm and uses Cryo elemental abilities to defeat opponents. While she has little understanding of human customs, she tries her best to live properly among humans.

Raiden Shogun (174.7 cm)

Raiden Shogun, also known as the Electro Archon, is the most respected figure in Inazuma. She is obsessed with Eternity and is actively pursuing it. She refuses to listen to her people, causing conflicts. Despite this, many still revere her as their leader.

Lisa (174.6 cm)

Despite her bubbly and easy-going attitude, Lisa Minci is a powerful witch considered to be Sumeru Academia’s best student in centuries. She works as a Librarian at the Knights of Favonius Library and is particularly interested in books in the restricted section. She has a close relationship with Jean.

Jean (173.9 cm)

Jean Gunnhildr is known as the “Dandelion Knight” of the Knights of Favonius. She is also its Acting Grand Master. She normally puts the needs of others before her own. And whenever she does need to take a break, she goes to her younger sister Barbara, a deaconess in the Church of Favonius.

Eula (173.6 cm)

Eula Lawrence is a prominent member of the Knights of Favonius. She is a descendant of the Lawrence Clan, an infamous aristocratic family in Monstadt. She acknowledges her clan’s wrongdoings, however, and has cut her ties with them because of it. She is known as the Spindrift Knight and is the Captain of the Knights of Favonius Reconnaissance Company.

Ningguang (173.4 cm)

Known as the Tianquan of the Liyue Qixing, Ningguang holds powerful influence over the nation. She is a businesswoman who prioritizes what’s best for Liyue and its people. She embodies law and order across the region, and will not hesitate to do what it takes to keep it safe from enemies.
