What to do with Gears in Hi-Fi Rush

Gears are used to purchase upgrades and new special attacks for Chai in Hi-Fi Rush. You will first need to unlock the Hideout and Peppermint's shop. This happens after completing Track 1 and defeating the QA-1MIL boss. Once you have done this, you will be able to shop from Peppermint and upgrade Chai's arsenal.
