Dreadwings are one of the most difficult machines to face in Horizon Forbidden West. They have the ability to fly and cloak, turning themselves invisible for a short time. The best way for players to tackle this machine is to take out the things that make it a huge threat. The machine's Stealth Generator will disable its ability to cloak when destroyed in battle and taking out its Metalbite Sac will stop it from using Acid attacks on the player.

Cauldron
In Horizon Forbidden West, Cauldrons allow players to override the machines that are within that Cauldron once they have completed it. Completing a Cauldron usually means traversing through its dungeon-like corridors and facing off against a boss at the end. The Dreadwing is a part of the KAPPA Overrides Cauldron.
