When is the New World open beta?

The open beta for New World will take place on September 9 at 7:00 AM PT and will end on September 12 at 11:59 PM PT.

During the open beta, anyone will be able to download the game by using the Steam Playtest tool at the official steam store page for New World. Using this tool will allow players to request access to the open beta and play it when it goes live on September 9.

To use it, simply head on over to the official store page and find the option to request access for the beta; doing so will allow you to play the game shortly after.

Once you have access, you will be able to experience everything there is to do in New World in a short amount of time, as the beta will end in three days. In this time frame, you will be able to craft, farm monsters, and experiencing the PVP system.

If you are fast enough at leveling, you may also be able to experience the end game content known as expeditions, where players will be able to take on large dungeons for rare loot and more.
