You'll get a lot of new characters as you play One Piece Treasure Cruise, so what you're looking for are Legends. You'll get one when the Wanted Poster in the pull shines red. The chance of getting them on a pull is only about one to three percent, but they're all worth keeping. Also, note that you want a good mix of character types (psy, dex, str, etc), as they will be helpful in different teams for farming.
