Hot on the heels of the Tomb Raider crossover with PowerWash Simulator, news broke that Final Fantasy VII is coming to one of 2022's surprise hits. Fans of eradicating dirt and freeing the various sectors of Midgar, rejoice! Your extremely unlikely crossover is happening!
PowerWash Simulator - Midgar Special Pack
The news came via the official PowerWash Simulator Twitter account. It's sparse on information but does show off three notable details:
- It's free for all platforms!
- Vehicles are definitely included with the iconic Hardy Daytona motorcycle and tiny pickup truck.
- And this might be a stretch, we might be cleaning Shinra HQ based on where the image is.
Our own review of PowerWash Simulator was glowing and in a year of mega-hits like God of War Ragnarök and Elden Ring, it's nice to have more down-to-earth and simple games. Simulators have been a hit across the board with trucking, house flipping, and more available to people looking to try something different. They're simple, fun, and often deeply cathartic as objectives are completed.
