Latest Type Soul Patch Notes Update – 2024

When it comes to Bleach-inspired Roblox titles, one game will draw my attention as it takes updates very seriously. Here's everything we know regarding the latest Type Soul patch notes.

Type Soul Update Patch Notes - March 30, 2024

Sit back and relax, as there's so much going on in the new Type Soul update. Most importantly, there are a couple of new Shikai—Zangetsu and Theatre. If that's not enough to get you pumped, you may want to look for a new Arrancar Weapon called Tessen. Quincy players can also improve with new Glock and Warden weapons. But there's so much more in the latest Type Soul update. Below, you'll find complete patch notes for more information regarding Roblox Type://Soul.

Rollables:

  • New Shikai/Bankai: Zangetsu
  • New Shikai/Bankai: Theatre
  • New Schrift/Volt: The Power
  • New Schrift/Volt: The Compulsory
  • New Schrift/Volt: The Iron
  • New Schrift/Volt: The Glutton
  • New 2nd Res: Starrk Segunda
  • New Partial/Res: Arrogante
  • New Partial/Res: Panterra
  • New Partial/Res: Volcanica

Weapons:

  • New Arrancar Weapon: Tessen
  • New Quincy Hakuda Weapon: Warden
  • New Quincy Weapon: Glock

Skills:

  • New Medic Skill Box
  • New Quincy Kido Skill Box
  • New Medic Skill
  • New Quincy Hakuda Skill
  • New Kendo Skill
  • New Arrancar Kido Skill
  • New Quincy Kido Skill
    Items:
  • True Hogyoku's and Essences have been wiped from people's inventory, and Skill Boxes and Frags have been one time reduced to a limit if you had over a certain amount. Due to the duping incidents, If you still have an absurd amount, which you shouldn't, please make a ticket.)
  • Old Essences have been removed and replaced with new essences that aren't reskinned specs. More essences will be added over time:
    • 1 New Arrancar Medic Essence
    • 1 New Hakuda Essence
    • 1 New Arrancar Essence
    • 1 New Speed Essence
    • 1 New Kendo Essence
    • 1 New Clan War Drop
  • Multiple loot pools have been expanded with new and old accessories, changes to drop rates for hogyoku fragments and skill boxes, and more

Ranked:

  • Currently only 1v1s.
    (2v2's and more game modes will be added to this eventually.)

Clan Wars:

  • Tales of the past and hunter's demise have been reenabled
  • 2 New clan war gamemodes have been added
  • Longer clan war gamemodes now give increased drop rates
  • Title buffs are now disabled in clan wars
  • Mode in clan wars now drains twice as fast
  • You now gain a bit more mode meter during a clan war
  • You now get sub mode bar slower during clan wars

Changes

Progression Changes:

  • Increased overall speed to rank
  • Rank cd removed
  • Reduced shikai exp and division exp needed to rank as a shinigami, and shinigami players have generally lower ranking requirements
  • Winning a raid now gives a lot of mission exp
  • Increased hollow progression speed
  • Vasto requirement changed, now only needs 25 mask cracks and you get 2 cracks per kill, then you can either 1v1 another albino player, or go and kill the vasto boss
  • Ripping your mask starts you off at grade 3 now by default (since arrancars already take longer to prog off the start), semi grade 2 for vastocars
  • Arrancars that have failed vasto can still get it by using the frag method now
  • The partial res npc is now a static npc and doesn't despawn or move
  • Reduced partial res obby cd (60m-10m)
  • Reduced shikai fight cd (60m-10m)
  • Reduced bankai fight cd (2hr-1hr)
  • Winning a clan war counts as 2 raids towards mode now instead of 1
  • While ranked you gain double progress towards mode
  • New SP Cap: You can now use 2 red pills and get 65 sp; it’s no longer exclusive to Vasto.

Arena:

  • This is a gamemode area that randomly picks 1v1s, 2v2s, and FFA. Winning in the arena grants the player random items (Skill Boxes, Frags, Weapon Rerolls, etc.). You can also place bets with Kan.

Titles:

  • Every faction home now has an npc that will allow you to select a title to work towards if you have mode unlocked. Killing other players going for the same title will allow you to climb the rankings for that title and earn that title.

Style Meter/Ultra Skills:

  • All factions can now buy "Soul Style" in the kido tree for free, this gives you a combo meter that increases whenever you land M1s, the higher your combo the more reiatsu you recover whenever you deal damage. Ultra skills are a new tier of skills that will be added soon that can only be used by consuming a maxed out combo meter.

Character Creation/Slots:

  • Everyone is given 1 free slot to compensate for the games downtime and previous lack of updates.
  • You can now choose your race at the start

Custom Clothing:

  • You can now buy custom clothing.

Bank:

  • There is now a Bank NPC in KT. Banks all of your items across your character even if you wipe.

Vanity:

  • All accessories can now be worn as vanity while keeping the stats of something else, just select it and press vanity.

New Boss Located in KT:

  • The new roaming boss, Sachiel, will spawn occasionally in Kt and give rewards when killed. It is currently the tankiest boss in the game but has the best drops and drops of new items and accessories.

Misc:

  • Reduced price of shikai/res/volt rerolls, clan rerolls, and eye color rerolls.
  • New overhauled VFX for some trees and a lot of different moves.
  • New Bankai and Res VFX.
  • Updated the sounds for some moves.
  • Some minor bug fixes.
  • New Main Menu/Loading Screen.
  • Added back old wanden.
  • You gain Iframes when you spawn in glads now.
  • Black Ant should no longer drop your frames
  • The championship and trading hub have been removed.
  • The Halloween and championship accessories no longer give stats.
  • Removed hp/rei loss on death.
  • True letzt arrows and effects are eye colored now
  • Letzt users now have the ? rank in the leaderboard, too
  • Raids now happen every 30 minutes to be standardized
  • The Phantom trick is no longer usable during airtime
  • Fixed multi-hit attacks, breaking jidanbo's posture very quickly
  • Leap is now a base medic skill tree move and works on party members regardless of race
  • Longsword crit has been reworked
  • Locked Element and Locked Weapon rerolls are now bankable
  • Now you get segunda meter by just dealing damage in general while in res, but it takes longer to fill
  • Increased spawn rate of the Vizard quest NPC.
  • Massively reduced the number of spawn locations for the vasto boss NPC (makes it easier).
  • Spirit boxes and hollow boxes now display the rollable weapons and their rates

Balancing:

  • Letzt now also buffs pulse
  • Mortal ties disables flashstep again, no longer insta gbs at close range, and radius to move around in has been increased a bit
  • Spine rend now breaks legs regardless of whether or not the opponent is in hyper armor, however the duration is halved
  • Grand Entrance nerfs reverted
  • Visionary Meteors no longer a guaranteed GB outside of Vollstandig, but they've been sped up
  • Lowered Slash Tempo Posture damage
  • Lowered Quincy cross rei regen from 5% to 3%
  • Lowered Vasto regen variant from 2.25 to 1.1 per tick, now scales on the amount of players nearby
  • Speed variant vasto speed flash step buff from 10 to 5
  • Hierro vasto variant defense reduced from 25% to 15%
  • Vizard damage buff reduced from 20% to 10%
  • Vizard defense buff reduced from 20% to 10%
  • Vizard flash step buff reduced from 13 to 4
  • Letz windup on the shots increased
  • Gran rey cero now does 15% instead of 20% true damage
  • Letz arrows now do 20 true damage instead of 30
  • Letz arrows now do 50% posture damage instead of 33
  • Letz arrow max range reduced from 200 to 135
  • Letz defense buff reduced from 15% to 9%
  • Vizard health regen reduced from 2.2 per tick to 1.1
  • Vizard rei regen reduced from 50% to 20%
  • Rageful leap now travels faster and does more posture
  • Shadow snake posture increased from 23 to 33
  • Shadow Tendril posture increased from 20 to 27
  • Wind Crown now Guard breaks
  • Wind Crown now does 15 damage instead of 20
  • Wind C Boreas Sphere now does 18 instead of 30
  • Water C Geyser now has less true stun and more windup
  • Water Geyser knocks up slightly less
  • Buster now has slightly more endlag upon activation
  • Cero Oscuras damage nerfed from 45 to 30
  • Finger Cero now does 25 damage (it used to do 35-40)
  • Tri Cero now does 10 damage each beam equals up to 30 if all beams hit
  • Blade Cero now does 5% instead of 11% but Guard breaks no matter what
  • Cero Cornea now does 20 damage instead of 25 but does 60% posture instead of 44%
  • Cero Grab now does 20 damage instead of 35 true damage but it does 70% posture now
  • Visored cero now does 25 damage instead of 40
  • Vizard duration now lasts longer but its harder to fill up the bar
  • Letz duration now lasts longer but its harder to fill up the bar
  • Vizard and Letz initial heal pop reduced from 15% to 10%
  • Flower Passage now Guard breaks no matter what
  • Flower Passage damage reduced on all 3 hits
  • Waterfall Dance now does more posture from 11 to 15 posture per hit
  • Blooming Cut cd increased from 8s to 15s
  • Acid C Nullify now guard breaks no matter what, partial only
  • Nnoitra hitbox of the crit slightly increased longer
  • Nnoitra leg break on crit now lasts 4s instead of 3
  • Bararaq Lightning Z now does more posture
  • Blitz Lightning X now has more range
  • Baraggan Axe now guard breaks no matter what instead of it just doing a lot of posture
  • All Heavy weapons; Baraggan, Greatsword, Hammer now have 7s hyper armor m1 cds instead of 10s
  • Ghost Cleave now has .8 endlag after it instead of .5
  • Catching Dragon air variant does 20 damage instead of 30
  • Gehenna air variant damage 25 instead of 30
  • Death Flair on the ground stuns for 1.1s instead of .5s
  • All ceros have a 30s cd
  • Thunderbolt Schrift damage and volt damage nerfed all across the board (Every thunderbolt move did 45 or 50 damage and true stunned for 2s)
  • Reduced Thunderbolts true stun a bit
  • Thunderbolt's cooldowns slightly raised
  • Increased endlag on Fear Schrift moves
  • Flash Fang now has more endlag after it's used
  • Flash Fang damage reduced from 30 to 25
  • Ghost Cleave M1 now does 20 damage instead of 30
  • Ghost Cleave M2 now does 30 instead of 35
  • Lightning X Blitz now has more windup
  • Lightning Bankai Grand Relay increased from 12s to 17s
  • Lightning Bankai Grand Current increased from 12s to 17s
  • Licht Regen now does 30 damage total regardless of skating off a person or the wall. (It used to do 45)
  • Death Flair Air Variation now does 30 damage max total
  • Spine Rend now does 20 damage instead of 25
  • Spine Rend now cripples for .8 instead of 2.5s
  • Rising Shot cooldown is now 6s instead of 7s
  • Rising Shot is now slightly faster
  • Rising Shot posture reduced from 26 to 20
  • Negation Air Variant Damage reduced from 30 to 20
  • Negation Air Variant Cooldown Reduced from 18s to 10s
  • Negation Air Variant Posture reduced from 24 to 20
  • Bone Encasing Partial now has slightly more stun
  • Vertical down initial hit damage reduced from 15 to 8
  • Split Gate initial hit reduced from 15 to 8
  • Split Gate Cooldown increased
  • Vertical Down Cooldown increased
  • Catching Dragon on the air and on the ground both do 17 Damage
  • Strata Strike now does 30 damage instead of 40
  • Purple radius on wind bankai reduced from 50 to 30 range
  • Purple on wind bankai damage reduced from 80 to 40
  • Phoenix Rebellion damage reduced from 40 damage to 25 (partial)
  • Phoenix Reign Grab true damage reduced from 40 true damage to 25 (partial)
  • Phoenix Burn time reduced from 6s to 3s
  • What's Even Real is now unblockable
  • What's Even Real now has a slightly longer cooldown
  • What's Even Real's effect when proc lasts for 8s instead of 15s
  • Regen Variant Oscuras now drains rei and adds onto yours depending on how low you are
  • Spear m1 range increased fromm 6 to 10
  • Increased time cut endlag and slightly reduced dmg (36-30), does 50 posture instead of 80
  • Catching Dragon air and ground now do 20 damage again
  • Negation now does 25 posture instead of 20 per hit
  • Spine Rend cripple increased from 0.8 to 1s
  • True Pierce does 11% instead of 8%
  • Zangerin now does 21 damage instead of 24
  • Geki Rokko cd raised
  • Heavenly Cannon reduced from 50 to 35
  • Fushibi cd raised from 21 to 23
  • Fushibi disable is now 5s instead of 7s
  • Sokatsui does 37 instead of 50
  • Sokatsui Block damage is 40 instead of 50
  • Danku cd raised a little bit
  • Shinten Raiho reiatsu cost reduced from 40 to 20
  • Goryutenmetsu Dragons last for 4s in the air instead of 7s
  • Goryutenmetsu mouse range reduced from 200 to 120
  • Goryutenmetsu disable debuff reduced from 5s to 4s
  • Bala Drive damage reduced from 44 to 35
  • Bala Barrage damage reduced from 40 to 35
  • Bala Blackout cd increased from 19 to 25
  • Volley cd raised from 18 to 21
  • Waveshot cd raised from 17 to 20
  • Slide cd raised from 19 to 21
  • Piercing Light cd raised from 14 to 19
  • Focal Point cd increased from 16 to 20
  • Still silver damage reduced from 45 to 35
  • Shadows damage reduced from 20 to 18
  • Licht Regen cd raised from 19 to 22
  • Zorn Gottes posture damage reduced from 20 per arrow to 15
  • Specter step damage reduced from 25 to 23
  • Specter step range reduced from 50 to 40
  • Flash Cut now does a lot of posture but no longer block breaks
  • Flash Cut no longer scales with posture so using kendo with flash cut doesnt make it gb or shouldnt
  • Increased the total amount of reiatsu people have by a bit
  • Shadow Tendril's range increased from 35 to 55
  • Reduced cd on amplifier, increased range, and replaced the attack speed buff with a move speed buff instead
  • Visionary firing squad hits lowered
  • Slide restores ammo again
  • Zorn Gottes no longer procs on focal point
  • Holy Selection Damage 10x2(10 Per Blade)
  • Piercing Light Damage 13 -> 10
  • Floating Strikes doesnt GB in Vizard or Letzt now
  • Partial phage iframes have been replaced with hyperarmor instead
  • Spine Rend ground hyper armor removed, damage increased when used in the air
