If you are trying to download pre-order content for Saints Row 2022 on a PlayStation console, you are probably running into an error code called CE-107880-4. Error Code CE-107880-4 is an error that prevents PS5 users from downloading pre-order content for the Saints Row Reboot.

Luckily PS5 users who encounter the error can try and solve it by performing a series of troubleshooting steps. However, the error appears to be a server issue that prevents users from downloading pre-order content during the initial installation. Because of this, you may need to wait for Volition to release a fix that solves the issue for good. Regardless, you can still try troubleshooting the error until you find a fix that solves the error for you.

Solutions to fix the CE-107880-4 error in Saints Row

The first fix we recommend using to try and fix the CE-107880-4 error in the Saints Row Reboot is to restart your console. Next, try shutting off your console and waiting for around 30 seconds before turning it back on. If both of these fixes don't work, try restarting your router. You can restart or reset your router by unplugging the wires out of the back and waiting around 30 seconds before plugging them back in. 

However, this step like the others can yield mixed results. Luckily another fix that can potentially allow you to download your pre-order content is to use the PlayStation mobile app. In short, using the Mobile app for the PlayStation can potentially force all content for Saints Row to download when Saints Row is installing.
