How to unlock a unit’s Custom Bonus in Super Robot Wars 30

In mecha anime, Custom Units are the best of the best, and in Super Robot Wars 30, the same thing stands. Unlocking a unit’s Full Custom Bonus turns it into a super unit with a huge increase in stats and a unique bonus.

To unlock a unit’s custom bonus, you need to level every stat in the unit’s upgrade screen to 10, except Attack Power. At this point, you’ll receive your choice of a Full Custom Bonus.

The choices for Full Custom Bonuses are:

• +1500 HP, +100 EN
• +1 Move
• +1 Ammo to all weapons
• -10% EN use for all weapons
• +1 to all terrain bonuses
• +1 Range to non-MAP, non-Range-1 weapons
• Armor/Mobility/Sight/EN-Down Immunity
• Barrier and Armor abilities cost 0 EN

You will unlock a new Full Custom Bonus for every five levels you upgrade the unit’s stats beyond 10. At this point, you can choose another Full Custom Bonus from the list above.

Each unit also gains a unique Custom Bonus after the first Full Custom Bonus is received. For instance, Combattler V gains the Barrier Buster effect on all weapons when all stats apart from Attack Power are leveled up to 10.

Custom Units are much more powerful than their regular counterparts, so you should try and upgrade as many to Custom Units as quickly as possible.
