Exploration is vital in Tower of Fantasy, and players are encouraged to travel long distances to collect resources and progress their game. Along with finding out the land's mysteries, we also need to defeat powerful enemies along the way. Thankfully, players can unlock and deploy Relics to help them in both combat and traversal.
What do Relics do in Tower of Fantasy?
As briefly mentioned before, Relics are tools and gadgets that can be unlocked and equipped by players to give them a boost in battle and land traversal. A total of 20 Relics can be unlocked and equipped by players. However, players can only equip two Relics at one time. Therefore, it is ideal to have presets made of different combinations of Relics for specific situations. Each Relic comes with a unique set of passive and active skills. Advancing a Relic enhances its active skills, and adds additional passives abilities.
How to obtain Relics in Tower of Fantasy
You can unlock Relics by completing missions to progress the storyline or by collecting specific components and resources. You can obtain relics like the Jetpack and Missile Barrage by simply playing some of the early story missions. Some other Relics can be obtained as rewards for earning Exploration Points, which you can earn by exploring the world of Tower of Fantasy. For example, earning 700 Exploration Points in Astra will grant you the Magnetic Storm Relic, while collecting 660 Exploration Points in Navia unlocks the Magnetic Pulse Relic. Players can also earn Relics as rewards for exploring Ruins. Lastly, you can also obtain Relics by purchasing them in exchange for Relic Fragments, which you can earn by defeating World Bosses.
