How to activate Hunters Arm in Wild Hearts

Hunters in Wild Hearts have many tools at their disposal to hunt Kemono. This includes their skills, weapons, Karakuri, and more. One tool you may not consider is the Hunter Arm. This may leave you wondering what the Hunter Arm is and how to unlock it in Wild Hearts.

Wild Hearts - Hunter Arm Explained

The Hunter Arm is a tool in Wild Hearts that is used exclusively on Kemono. To use this item, you must jump and press R1 to grab a monster. Make your way to one of the exposed glowing spots. When you reach the spot, hold R2 to have your hunter extract energy from the Kemono with the Hunter Arm.

The Hunter Arm becomes more useful as you progress. When used against a Kemono, it can drain power from them, stun them, fill your thread, and drop Kemono Orbs. Be sure to use this tool as you hunt; you never know when a well-timed Hunter Arm strike can turn the tide of battle.

How to unlock the Hunter Arm

The Hunter Arm is easy to unlock, as this occurs naturally after you build your camp and complete the tutorial. There is no in-game tutorial for this tool, so you may need to use trial and error to master it.
