Wild Hearts Weapon Unlock Guide – How to unlock All Weapons

Expand your weapon collection.

Wild Hearts requires you and your fellow hunters to brave the wilds and defeat the rampaging Kemono. Your primary tool will be your weapon, and you must use these to strike at Kemono weak spots. You have various weapons to choose from, but some are not unlocked at first. This may leave you wondering how to unlock all weapons in Wild Hearts.

How to get the Cannon, Claw Blade, and Karakuri Staff in Wild Hearts

While you start off with a majority of the weapons in Wild Hearts, the Cannon, Claw Blade, and Karakuri Staff must be unlocked. This is done by completing Chapter One, which will add the weapons to your arsenal. Here is how to complete Chapter One and unlock the Cannon, Claw Blade, and Karakuri Staff in Wild Hearts.

  • Defeat the Kingtusk.
  • Defeat the Spineglider.
  • Defeat the Lavaback.
  • Defeat the Gritdog.
  • Complete the Earthshaker mission.
  • Speak to Natsume after the festival.

Completing Chapter 1 requires you to go to Natsukodachi Island, the second region. You must defeat the Kemono listed above between the first and second regions. Finally, speak to Natsume at the Forge, and you will be able to craft the Cannon, Claw Blade, and Karakuri Staff. Feel free to head to the Training Bear and test each weapon out before going into the field.
