Everlasting Moonglow – How to get, Ascension, stats, and who can use it in Genshin Impact

This donut is great for healers.

The Everlasting Moonglow, fondly dubbed by the community as the donut, is a five-star catalyst with a use case specific to healers who double up as a minor sub-DPS. Its niche use case makes it one of the least valuable five-star weapons in Genshin Impact, especially amid a sea of better-performing catalysts. But if you were unlucky and got this instead of your first choice in the Epitome Invocation, then you can still put it to good use.

How to get Everlasting Moonglow in Genshin Impact

Everlasting Moonglow is a limited weapon that can only be obtained whenever it's featured on rate-up in the Epitome Invocation banner, which you can pull on using Primogems and Intertwined Fates. As such, you need to wait for it to rotate and chart an Epitomized Path to guarantee Everlasting Moonglow at the third pity.

Genshin Impact Everlasting Moonglow stats

  • Base Attack: 46 to 608
  • Substat: HP (10.8 to 49.6 percent)
  • Passive: Byakuya Kougetsu
    • Healing Bonus increased by 10/12.5/15/17.5/20 percent, Normal Attack DMG is increased by 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 percent of the Max HP of the character equipping this weapon. For 12 seconds after using an Elemental Burst, Normal Attacks that hit opponents will restore 0.6 Energy. Energy can be restored this way once every 0.1 seconds.

Who can use Everlasting Moonglow in Genshin Impact

Everlasting Moonglow offers an HP boost and a Healing Bonus, on top of a passive that increases the wielder's Normal Attack output. This catalyst is ideal for healers who take up some on-field time, but because there are so many cheaper weapon alternatives, I don't recommend pulling in the Epitome Invocation specifically for Everlasting Moonglow. If you do manage to pull for it, you can give it to any of the following characters:
