As with most rotation puzzles, the trick to the Microwave Puzzle is to match the colors from the start point to the end point. In this puzzle, you have to do this twice, once for the left set of knobs, and once for the right set. Here are the steps, separated by location.

3. On the bottom-right knob, turn it two notches clockwise so the yellow arrow points down toward the yellow light underneath.
4. On the top-right knob, turn it one notch counter-clockwise so the white arrow points down and the yellow arrow points up.

Freek Isle

1. The puzzle starts with a white light on the top left. On the top-left knob, turn it one notch clockwise, so the white arrow points up to this light and the yellow arrow points down.
