What is Titanium Trials mode in CoD Warzone?

Iron Trials 2.0.

Iron Trials is one of the most popular game modes in Call of Duty: Warzone. Although it isn't a permanent mode in the playlist, players love to play the mode when it arrives as it's more challenging than the regular Battle Royale. With the Season 4 Reloaded update, Titanium Trials is coming to Warzone Pacific as the successor to Iron Trials.

How does Titanium Trials work in Call of Duty: Warzone?

The 152-players Titanium Trials game mode is inspired by the Terminator franchise, a crossover with which is also coming during Season 4 Reloaded. In this mode, armor plates can absorb 300 damage points. Combined with the operator health of 100, the maximum damage points a player can take before getting knocked is 400.

Since the focus here is on making the armor plate system more robust, you will also see abundant Tempered perk drops while playing the game mode. In Titanium Trials, you drop in Caldera pre-equipped with a Self-Revive Kit similar to the Resurgence game modes.

Furthermore, your base health takes longer than usual to regenerate, which makes Titanium Trials "a high-skill, high time-to-kill (TTK) game mode." Similar to Iron Trials, cash is scarce and Loadout Markers are expensive. However, the cost of buying a loadout drop decreases over time as the match nears its end. The loot pool has also been adjusted and includes custom-built weapons suitable for a higher TTK gameplay.

When will Titanium Trials be playable in Call of Duty: Warzone?

Players can play the Titanium Trials game mode in Warzone starting Aug. 11 for two weeks straight. Since this is a limited-time mode, the developers may add it back to the playlist in the future if they think the players enjoyed it.
