Exoprimal – New Exosuits List (All Alpha Variants)

Which build do you prefer?

Exoprimal is all about dispatching the endless hordes of dinosaurs. To succeed in this incredibly demanding endeavor, we are given a choice of ten different robotic exoskeletons called Exosuits, which act in ways of offense and keep you from getting munched by the ravenous dinos. A new update promises Alpha Variants to the existing Exosuits, giving us more options in terms of weapons and abilities. I always like variety and experimenting with different builds. Let's see what Alpha Variants bring to the table in this guide.

All Alpha Variants of Exosuits in Exoprimal, explained

Below is the list of all Alpha Variants of the ten standard Exouits in Exoprimal and a list of changes each one brings to the game. Adding Alpha Variants to the Exosuits may upset the balance of the ranking of Exosuits in the game, shifting the game meta somewhat, so check back often to stay updated with the latest changes.

10 - Barrage Exosuit Alpha Variant in Exoprimal

The Barrage's Alpha Variant in Exoprimal will put a spin on its explosive prowess by being equipped with a rocket launcher that can be charged to deal more damage and generate more giant explosions. It will also have the Charged Rockets ability, which provides excellent damage potential and allows you to perform rocket hops.

9 - Deadeye Exosuit Alpha Variant in Exoprimal

The Deadeye's Exosuit Alpha Variant in Exoprimal will change its shotgun to a five-shot burst you can activate if you aim down the sights. This ability will give Deadeye players like me more options, who can engage enemies at both long and short distances.

8 - Krieger Exosuit Alpha Variant in Exoprimal

Krieger Alpha Variant of Exosuit in Exoprimal will arm the player with a chargeable shotgun capable of firing in two modes:

  • Compressed: enemies hit by this mode are sent flying away from the player, damaging other enemies they come into contact with.
  • Wide-range scatter: sends pellets across a greater area, able to include larger portions of enemies in the kill zone.

7 - Murasame Exosuit Alpha Variant in Exoprimal

Murasame Exosuit's Alpha Variant in Exoprimal will be able to freeze enemies, creating openings for attacks. This ability will be useful, especially against stronger dinosaurs, opening up new possibilities for changing attacks with other team members.

6 - Nimbus Exosuit Alpha Variant in Exoprimal

The Alpha Variant of Nimbus Exosuit in Exoprimal offers a Double Barrel ability that can switch between Offense and recovery, similar to the basic variant. Shots will go over a large area, shining brightest when you fire off a whole volley at enemies in close range, rewarding aggressive gameplay.

5 - Roadblock Exosuit Alpha Variant in Exoprimal

Roadblock's Alpha Variant in Exoprimal offers a different Exosuit gameplay, enabling it to fire off an arm-mounted shotgun black instead of a punch. The players will now be able to put the shields down instead of carrying them around, unable to attack while doing so. The shield on its arm will still taunt enemies, with an added burst ability to take out surrounding enemies before regenerating.

4 - Skywave Exosuit Alpha Variant in Exoprimal

The Alpha Variant of Skywave Exosuit in Exoprimal offers a new ability Thunder Clap which calls down lightning strikes from the sky to paralyze any enemies caught within it. The ability can switch to a targeted, high-powered bolt as well, with an option to cripple enemies or provide additional damage output if necessary.

3 - Vigilant Exosuit Alpha Variant in Exoprimal

Vigilant's Alpha Variant of Exosuit in Exoprimal allows it to switch up to a mid-range game from the long-range with the new Marksman ability. It provides it with an additional movement bonus, which is something I always prefer having in games that play like Exoprimal. But the main feature is all about semi-automatic fire, with one out of every few shots packing an extra punch.

2 - Witchdoctor Exosuit Alpha Variant in Exoprimal

Witchdoctor's Alpha Variant of Exosuit in Exoprimal imbues its main weapon with the Duality Beam ability, allowing it to both harm enemies and heal allies simultaneously. The ability to heal teammates from range will surely be welcomed by a lot of players, making the Witchdoctor favored in the support class in Exoprimal.

1 - Zephyr Exosuit Alpha Variant in Exoprimal

Zephyr's Exosuit Alpha Variant in Exoprimal brings its players a new ability Energy Chakram, which works by shooting high-powered rings of energy toward faraway enemies. The damage output goes up the further the enemies are, making the Zephyr Alpha Variant perfect for fighting the enemies at long range and providing support fire.
