With every new season comes a myriad of new NPCs to find on the Fortnite island. In Chapter 2 Season 8, we start off with a collection book that lists 17 NPCs, some of which are new to Battle Royale, and some of which we've known for a while. In this guide, we explain where you can find NPC #1: Baba Yaga!

Baba Yaga location in C2S8

In the map above, you can see that Baba Yaga is in the far southwestern corner of the map. She is stationed at a small building directly next to the abandoned Dampy Dish overlooking the ocean. Since NPCs have patrol paths, Baba Yaga might move around the area and the image might not represent their exact location.

The easiest way to find an NPC once you have approached their approximate location is to look for the Chat Bubble icon on your minimap. This icon represents NPCs available nearby. Walk towards that icon and you'll be able to find Baba Yaga.
