How do you flip a Dugbog in Hogwarts Legacy?

Dugbogs are snarky creatures that quickly follow and attack you. These creatures have two signature attacks: one in which they take their tongues out, and the other is when they are charging at you with force. You'll have to wait for the precise moment during the second attack to flip a Dugbog on its back.

You will need to dodge-roll against the Dugbog's charge attack, and in a split second, get behind its tail and use any force spells. You can use Accio, Flipendo, or Depulso to get a Dugbog to flip onto its back. Your reward for taking these creatures down is Dugbog Tongues, one of the required ingredients in Focus Potion. You can also buy them from J. Pippin's Potions for 100 Galleons.

Where to find a Dugbog in Hogwarts Legacy

You can find Dugbogs easily in the swamp-like areas located at the North Ford Bog Region and at South Sea Bog Region. Check the yellow circles on the image above to see the best locations to find these creatures.

Flipping a Dugbog can be really frustrating, and using multiple spells will not magically flip them over. First, you need to find a Dugbog and then move closer to catch their attention. Then quickly move away to lure them towards you. If they still do not move much, use a basic cast to hit them once and attract them. The only way to flip them over is when they thrust attack you, which is when you can get behind their tails and use any of the aforementioned spells. Anything else will not work.
