If you are trying to farm briar branches for whatever reason, firefly bait, quests, and crafting, you can do so by finding the perfect farming location in New World.
Usually, the perfect location will be along the sides of rivers in most regions in the game, but some locations can sometimes offer more briar branches than others.Â
Another thing to note is that briar branches seem to be the most common in the region of Windsward, but you can also find them along the river banks, lakes, streams of other regions such as Everfall

However, if you are trying to complete the quest, A prickly request, you will also need to gather both rabbits and turkeys in New World. Luckily you can both rabbits and turkeys simply by searching the area around the settlement of Everfall.Â
