All Pistol attachment upgrade locations in Sons of the Forest and how to get them

There are technically five but it might be a glitch!

There are four attachments that can be found for the Pistol in Sons of the Forest. Any of these upgrades can be dismantled in the Inventory menu and used later, and the Laser Sight can also be attached to other weapons. Many of these attachments are locked behind story progression, but two of them can be obtained by exploring the island. This is where every Pistol attachment can be found in Sons of the Forest.

Where to find Pistol attachments in Sons of the Forest

There are four attachments that can be put on the Pistol in Sons of the Forest, and two of them can be found without any additional equipment. These two would be the Pistol Rail and Silencer, while the Laser Sight and Flashlight are locked behind finding the Shovel, which requires the Rope Gun and Rebreather.

Where to find the Pistol Rail in Sons of the Forest

The beach where the Pistol is first found will have the Pistol Rail found by some crates. From the map image, this is found just to the left of the purple icon. The exact location may vary but it will always be by a corpse that players can pick up closer to the side of the beach that is closest to the orange boat the Pistol is on.

Where to find the Flashlight Attachment in Sons of the Forest

The Flashlight Attachment can be found in the same cave as the Shovel and requires that players have the Rope Gun and Rebreather to get all the way through. The attachment itself is about halfway through the cave after encountering a new mutant and will be held onto by a corpse.

Where to find the Silencer in Sons of the Forest

There are two methods of obtaining the Silencer, although when spawning the item can be called the Suppressor instead. Both functionally do the same thing and if players have one in their inventory, the other can't be picked up. The first can be found by a helicopter on the island in the image above. This can be found near where the Stun Baton is and beneath the topmost green marker.

The second location requires that players have the Shovel to get access to Maintenance B where players can find the Compound Bow. This requires several steps, so players should look into the steps required to get the Shovel before heading here.

Where to find the Laser Sight in Sons of the Forest

The Laser Sight requires that players get the Shovel as well, and is located in Maintenance A. The entrance is dug up at the left green marker from the starting beach. Inside, the Firefighter Axe can be found as well. The sight can be attached to multiple weapons, so try experimenting!
