In Sons of the Forest, you can find various weapons by visiting unique locations and exploring the map. The Firefighter Axe is one of the best weapons in its category, and you need to know where to find it from. Here's how to get the Firefighter Axe in Sons of the Forest.

Where to find the Firefighter Axe in Sons of the Forest

The Firefighter Axe is in the same cave facility where you find the Maintenance Key Card. This area is located on the middle green blip on the western side of the map. The map can be challenging to read, so we recommend checking the yellow circle and arrow on the GPS above to see its exact location.

The access to this cave facility is hidden, and you must use the Shovel to dig the ground in front of the golf cart as shown in the GPS image. The Maintenance trapdoor will appear, and you need to go down the ladder to enter the facility. Once inside, go straight till you hit a dead end, and you'll find the Firefighter Axe inside of a wall container.

The Firefighter Axe is one of the best weapons in its category, and you can use it for hunting, crafting, and building. Although it doesn't perform as efficiently as the Chainsaw, the Firefighter Axe can bring down a tree with a few strikes.
