Under New, you can create a new folder. When the folder is created, rename it Stalker Anomaly and send the contents of the mod zip to it. After that, you can start playing Stalker Anomaly by clicking on Anomaly's launcher.exe. When the launcher starts, just hit play, and the game will launch.
