Players have this issue from time to time, and according to EA, the fix is a simple one. In response to a player with error code 3.0, EA told them to complete the following steps:

1. Sign out and sign back into your game center account.
2. Clear Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes app cache.
3. Reinstall Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes
4. Force restart your mobile device.

Once those steps are done, the issues should subside. If the issues persist, however, there are some extra steps that can be taken.
