Star Wars Jedi: Survivor takes place five years after the events of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. The new game will feature Cal Kestis (played by Cameron Monaghan) as he traverses the sci-fi universe in a third-person action-adventure. Released at the end of April 2023, players can enjoy the game on multiple platforms.

What is the release date for Star Wars Jedi Survivor?

Star Wars Jedi: Survivor will be released on April 28, 2023. We should note that Steam claims the release date is April 27, 2023, while all others claim the day after. We aren't sure if Steam has an earlier release date, if it is a mistake, or if it is anything in between. Players should be aware of this difference in release date listing, though.

What platforms is Star Wars Jedi Survivor on?

Those who want to dive into Star Wars Jedi: Survivor have many platform options to play on. Whether they play on PC, PlayStation 5, or Xbox Series X|S, there are purchasing options on all of the platforms. On PC, players can choose between Steam, EA App (formerly Origin), or the Epic Games Store.

What are the PC System Requirements for Star Wars Jedi Survivor?

Will Star Wars Jedi Survivor be on Game Pass?

There is no evidence that Star Wars Jedi: Survivor will be part of Game Pass or any other game library service. This could change at any point in the future, but for now we'd say no, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is not available on Game Pass. The game could be added in the future, but no announcements or confirmations have been made.

How much will Star Wars Jedi Survivor cost?

There are two main prices for Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, the first being the base game and the other being the Deluxe Edition. The Star Wars Jedi: Survivor standard version costs USD$69.99. On the other hand, the Deluxe Edition costs USD$89.99. Keep in mind that changes to price may occur with other currencies.

What is in the Deluxe Version of Star Wars Jedi Survivor?

For USD$89.99, the Deluxe Edition of the game would hopefully have some attractive additions. Fans naturally want to know what these additions are. There are six additional items (from two different cosmetic packs) that come with the Deluxe Edition of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor. Overall, you'll get four cosmetic skins and two weapon sets:

Does Star Wars Jedi Survivor have multiplayer?

There will be no multiplayer options for Star Wars Jedi: Survivor. This includes both online multiplayer and local co-op. Both this game and the previous installment, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, are missing multiplayer options. Respawn Entertainment has confirmed that this feature is not coming to Star Wars Jedi: Survivor.

Is there dismemberment in Star Wars Jedi Survivor?

It has been confirmed, through trailers and gameplay reveals, that there will be at least one instance of dismemberment while playing Star Wars Jedi: Survivor. In one trailer, Cal Kestis severs the leg of an enemy by using his lightsaber. There may be other instances of dismemberment or extreme violence, but they have yet to be shown in teasers or trailers.

Is Star Wars Jedi Survivor an open-world game?

While you can explore other planets and have a wide array of settings to explore, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is not an open-world game. The third-person action-adventure utilizes The Mantis spaceship to travel between planets. This feature essentially works as a lobby between locations, removing the need for Open World functionality.

Who is the actor for Cal Kestis in Star Wars Jedi Survivor?

Cal Kestis is played by Cameron Monaghan, as the actor has reprised his role of Kestis from Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. Not only is Cal Kestis aesthetically based on Monaghan, but he is also the voice in both of the Star Wars Jedi games. Monaghan is best known for his live-action television roles as Ian Gallagher in Shameless and The Joker in Gotham.

What is Star Wars Jedi Survivor about?

While there had been teasers for Star Wars Jedi: Survivor in the past, we now have extensive trailer and gameplay footage to review. The game follows Cal Kestis through his action-packed and treacherous mission to take down the Empire. Jedi: Survivor takes place five years after Jedi: Fallen Order, which also featured Cal Kestis. A combination of combat levels and a narrative story come together to tell the second installment in the story of Kestis.
