Players who are looking to obtain this rare skin can only do so by opening Festival Firecrackers contained in bundles or purchasing individually for 490 RP.
Each Firecracker has a 2% of containing Chibi Firecracker Jinx, with a guaranteed Chibi Firecracker Jinx skin after 63 opening Festival Firecrackers. Players can purchase Festival Firecrackers in the following ways:

The Teamfight Tactics Lunar Legend Festival goes live on January 20, 2022 with the launch of the 12.2 patch. The content will remain live through both Teamfight Tactics 12.3 and 12.3.
