So if you want a Shark Tooth Necklace, the best way is to farm both Blood Zombies and Drippers during a Blood moon on greater difficulties.

You need a Tinkerer's Workshop and a Honey Comb to craft a Stinger necklace using a Shark Tooth Necklace. You can get a Honey Comb by defeating the Queen Bee boss. To get the Tinkerer's Workshop, you must purchase it from the Goblin Tinkerer NPC for ten gold. Once you have the Tinkerer's Workshop, you can craft the Stinger Necklace by using both the Shark Tooth and Honey Comb items.
