Should you turn off Enemy Aggression in Xenoblade Chronicles 2?

Here's a guide on Enemy Aggression in Xenoblade Chronicles 2 and if it's better to disable it or not.

Xenoblade Chronicles 2 is a massive world filled with many different enemy types. In each area, you will come across scaled enemy levels and specially placed level 80+ monsters that you want to avoid. There is nothing worse than trying to get from A to B and being assailed by every beast who is nearby. Even worse when you're trying to farm a specific Collection Point for materials for a side quest. So, should you turn off Enemy Aggression in Xenoblade Chronicles 2?

Is it worth turning off Enemy Aggro in XC 2?

Whether it is worth turning off Enemy Aggro in Xenoblade Chronicles 2 entirely depends on a few factors. The main element is whether it's your first playthrough of XC2. If yes, leave it on and see how much it hinders your playthrough and enjoyment. You may find yourself sick of fighting every enemy that comes your way, especially when trying to access all Collection Points for a side quest, but you may also enjoy the challenge.

Our advice is to leave it on at first, as you can turn it off whenever you wish if it becomes too much. It's more than necessary to get a feel for the combat system of Xenoblade Chronicles 2, as it throws a lot at you at once and can become overwhelming.
