Genshin Impact's Resonating Visions event runs from July 15, 2022, to August 24, 2022, and takes place in the Golden Apple Archipelago, where you can find Phantasmal Conches called Echoing Conches and Imaging Conches scattered around the islands. Collecting all 20 Conches will merit you plenty of amazing rewards, including a free skin for Fischl!
What are Phantasmal Conches in Genshin Impact?
Phantasmal Conches are glowing Conches that have recorded events that happened on the island once upon a time. By interacting with these Conches, you can listen to people's voices and piece together stories of their experiences.
There are two kinds of Phantasmal Conches: Echoing Conches and Imaging Conches. They're essentially the same, except Imaging Conches will prompt a projection to give you a clearer idea of the events recorded.
All Phantasmal Conch locations in Genshin Impact's Golden Apple Archipelago
There are 20 Phantasmal Conches scattered across the Golden Apple Archipelago, but you only need to collect 16 to redeem Fischl's Ein Immernachtstraum Outfit.
Minacious Isle
There are three Phantasmal Conches in the Minacious Isle—their locations are marked in the image above. The one on the very right can be obtained without climbing, but you'll have to climb the branches around the mountain to reach the other two on the left. All Conches will stay in the same positions even after interacting with them, except for the leftmost Imaging Conch, which is a Quest Item called Misplaced Conch 1.
Pudding Isle
There are three Phantasmal Conches in the Pudding Isle, the southwestern island in the Archipelago. Their exact locations are circled in the image above. They are relatively easy to find as well—one is right in front of the Teleport Waypoint, while the other two are around the shoreline. Beside one of the Conches by the shoreline, you'll find a glowing Investigate spot that you can interact with to claim a Quest Item called Old Insignia.
Broken Isle
There are five Phantasmal Conches in the Broken Isle, including the islet to its right. All of their locations are circled in the image above. You don't have to climb any mountains to find the Conches, but keep in mind that beside the upper right Imaging Conch, you'll find a glowing Investigate spot that you can interact with to claim a Quest Item called Silver Pocket Watch.
Twinning Isle
There are three Phantasmal Conches in the Twinning Isle. Reference the image above for their locations. You need to climb the mountain to get to the one near the Teleport Waypoint.

As the Courtyard in Spring Once Appeared Part 3
You can find one Phantasmal Conch inside the third part of Kazuha's event Domain called As the Courtyard in Spring Once Appeared. However, you need to complete the first two parts before you can enter the third chamber. It's a long Domain, so don't wait until last minute before starting it!
Blazin' Trails (Optional Mirage)
You can find one Phantasmal Conch inside Xinyan's event Domain called Blazin' Trails. You need to complete the Blazin' Trails! World Quest before entering its corresponding Mirage, and then solve most of the puzzles until the end where you can claim the Conch.
Broken Isle (after Blazin' Trails! World Quest)
After completing the Blazin' Trails! World Quest, the Twinning Isle will transform into a music-themed island. A hidden Phantasmal Conch can be obtained by changing the mountain style and completing two underground Pyro torch puzzles.
This hidden Conch doubles up as Misplaced Conch 2, used for another objective in the Golden Apple Archipelago. If you haven't claimed the previous Conches from Twinning Isle, don't worry as they can still be found in their designated locations, regardless of mountain style.
Immernachtreich Apokalypse Part 2
You can find one Phantasmal Conch inside part two of Fischl's Immernachtreich Apokalypse Mirage. You'll need to complete all of Kazuha's Mirages, Xinyan's Event Quest, and Fischl's first Mirage before getting access to this Conch.
Twinning Isle (Immernachtreich)
After completing part three of Fischl's Mirage, the Twinning Isle will transform into the Immernachtreich, where you can find one more Phantasmal Conch. This Conch is locked behind a hidden objective. If you haven't picked up the Conches in Twinning Isle before it transformed, don't worry, as you can still find them around the area.
The Ancient Azure Stars
After completing the quest part of Mona's Mirage, you'll unlock the Temple of the Star Latitudes Waypoint in the Minacious Isle, which you can use to re-enter the Mirage to loot 15 Chests and a Phantasmal Conch. Complete the Astral puzzles in the first room to find one Phantasmal Conch beside the Pressure Plate puzzle.
How to claim Fischl's free Outfit in Genshin Impact
Head to the event menu and select Resonating Visions. Click on Phantasmal Conches Collected to claim rewards for collecting 4/8/12/16/20 Phantasmal Conches. Fischl's skin can be claimed as a bonus reward after collecting 16 Conches.
