A Plague Tale: Requiem is the follow-up sequel to A Plague Tale: Innocence by developer Asobo Studio and will receive a 40-minute-long demo at the Tribe Games Spotlight. It will also be playable from home if you cannot attend the event.
This news comes via the Tribeca Games Spotlight website and Tribeca Film Festival Twitter. A Plague Tale: Requiem is one of many titles that will be shown off during this event, including the 40-minute demo, on June 11, 2022. The demo will be available the same day as the showcase. You will need to purchase a ticket to book your timeslot to play the demo.
It has been three years since the release of the original A Plague Tale: Innocence, and little has been shown for the sequel, making this demo one of the earliest chances to check out the game for yourself. The sequel has no official release date outside of 2022.
Those interested in attending the Tribeca Games Spotlight can purchase tickets to the event starting May 2, 2022, or prepare to watch it online when the event goes live on June 10 at 3pm ET / 12pm PT.
