All weapon changes in Apex Legends Season 14 Hunted

Arc Stars are finally nerfed!

Apex Legends Season 14 Hunted patch notes were released by the developers, and there are several weapon changes coming to the game. The fan-favorite CAR SMG and Wingman were taken out from the Replicator. They will be replaced by Devotion LMG and RE-45 Pistol with Hammerpoint rounds. Naturally, players are inquisitive about these tweaks, so here is everything you need to know about the weapon changes arriving in Apex Legends Season 14 Hunted.

All weapon nerfs and buffs in Apex Legends Season 14 Hunted

SMGs

  • R-99 added as a Gold tier weapon
  • Base hipfire spread increased

Volt SMG

  • Damage reduced from 17 to 15

CAR SMG

  • Doesn't require Barrel Mod attachment anymore

Assault Rifles

  • Base hipfire spread increased
  • Hemlok added as a Gold tier weapon

Snipers

  • Longbow DMR added as a Gold tier weapon
  • Deadeye Tempo is now worked into the Sentinel
  • Sniper ammo now stacks at 28 instead of 24
  • Sniper ammo boxes will now have 14 shots instead of 12

Pistols

RE-45

  • Ironsight FOV increased to 70 to maintain consistency in the weapon class
  • Strafe speed increased by 5% to maintain consistency in the weapon class

Wingman

  • Wingman now uses Sniper ammunition

Marksman Rifles

Bocek Compound Bow

  • Added to Care Package
  • Arrow spawns removed from floor loot
  • Arrows shot can no longer be collected
  • Full draw damage increased to 70 from 60
  • Deadeye Tempo draw speed increased to 0.38 from 0.32
  • Shattercaps pellet damage increased to 12 from 11.

30-30 Repeater

  • The 30-30 Repeater will now have Dual Loader worked in
  • It will also take Skullpiercer Rifling hop-up attachment

G7 Scout

  • G7 Scout added as a Gold tier weapon
  • Damage was reduced to 34 from 36
  • The headshot multiplier was reduced to 1.75 from 2.0
  • The Double Tap hop-up burst fire delay was increased to 0.4 from 0.375

LMGs

Spitfire

  • Recoil adjusted to increase vertical barrel climb
  • Spitfire will now use light ammo and magazines

L-Star

  • Projectile speed increased. 
  • Overheating feature now kicks in at the base to 24 shots instead of 20
  • Removed bright red flash when hitting non-armored targets

Rampage LMG

  • Added to Care Package and comes with a Thermite Grenade
  • Damage increased from 26 to 28

Shotguns

Eva-8

  • Improved recoil
  • Now has a Stock attachment slot
  • The fire rate was increased to 2.3 from 2.0
  • Pellet damage was increased to 7 from 6
  • One pellet was removed from the blast pattern
  • Rate of fire bonus increased for different Rolt rarity
    • White Bolt - 1.1 to 1.1
    • Blue Bolt -  1.15 to 1.2
    • Purple Bolt - 1.2 to 1.3

Mastiff

  • Reduced projectile growth
  • Base fire rate reduced to 1.1 from 1.2.
  • Dual Loader removed

Mozambique

  • Mozambique added as a Gold tier weapon

Grenades

Arc Stars

  • Reduced stick damage on armor to 10 from 40
  • Remove aim slow on sticking Arc Stars. However, it remains on detonation
  • Detonation damage increased to 75 from 70

These weapon changes will affect the meta in Apex Legends Season 14. Similarly, Care Package weapons were also rotated, and the Volt SMG and G7 Scout were added to the ground loot pool. Besides these weapon changes, fans are excited to see all the Legend buffs and nerfs, along with the new Reforged Kings Canyon Map in Season 14.
